Switching Modes

Click the mode button on the search bar to switch between Auto, Magisterial and Scholarly mode.

Auto mode intelligently references the entire source library.
Magisterial mode consists of official Church teaching only.
Scholarly mode includes Church teaching, but also wider Catholic theological and philosophical reflections from people like St. Thomas Aquinas, St. Augustine, and other Fathers/Doctors of the Church, as well as Biblical commentaries.
